Holy Hell, this site is killing me. I already am barely web savvy, and their site has some extra twists, so it’s very challenging. I’ve been fighting with my archives and layout, I hope to get the bugs worked out soon. This has eaten up my whole weekend. All I want to do is draw!

Hello, all. I just finished all of this weeks Weirdlings strips. I am very happy with them. This fives me a couple of days to get caught up on the Sara: One Shot. I’ll get that to y’all later this week.
The new Phineus story I am going to do, I may do as a two teir strip, in color one or twice a week. Afetr all is done two strips together will make one comic book page.I’ll have to think about wether I can pull off Weirdlingns and Phineus, both in color at the same time… We’ll see.

Welcome to the NEW Phineus +Magician for Hire!
Here’s some prolim sketches I was doing for my next story for Phineus. It takes place in 2036, Phin and his daughter Cole are working together vs Cthuhluseque baddies witht the help of the Vatican. Tentatively called “Phineus: The Green Mage” or “Phineus:Mage Protector”. Should be fun!

Just thought I’d give you all a heads up on what’s up this week.
I have been working on this weeks Weirdlings comics, good stuff and an interesting new story line.
I also have been working on prepping all my comics for print, look for the online store for Strumhaus stuff this fall!
This is a drawing of my space marine commander , Magnus Ver Magnussen, for my Chapter “The Imperial Frogz”.
I should have all this and next weeks Weirdlings strips done this week, and I hope to sneek in a Sara page to boot. I will also be doing anotherWrestling Theatre strip coming up this week as well!

This period in Phin’s life is an interesting one. It is just after a Death spell from Rotwang gave him a heart attack and he’s really gone to hell.
I gave him the heart attack and ended the first volume on that note, at a particularly dark time in my life, at the time I was getting divorced. To be honest I wasn’t sure if he would live or die, as I felt myself.
Ineterstingly, there are two stories, taking place right around this point, both written by others, and both have Phineus in a shower scene. Odd, that.

Hello, all. I have had a very productive weekend. It helped that my work screwed up every one’s paychecks(ie noone got one) , so I was broke and stayed home and drew.
I finished my weekly page for Sara: One Shot, as well as Drew, colored and lettered all three Weirdlings strips for the week. I will, at some point, convert Phineus Vol 1 # 3-5 and get them up on the site, as well as Cast Bios and Phin’s Spell book. Soon, my friends, soon.

Hello , all. Here is the 6th installment of the Terror of Leap Castle! Leap Castle is an actual place in Ireland. I took all the ghostly happenings from actual stuff that happened there. I believe that T.A.P.S.(from Ghost Hunters) went there as well!
AND… Milo, Phin’s buddy, is based on Milo Aukerman, lead singer of the punk band The Descendants! He actually left the band to become a scientist, and returns every now and again to do an album or tour!! Cool.
Oh well , time for bed!

Here is the first page of a 40 page one shot written by Strumhaus’own Noeland Collins and Marshall Dillon and drawn by little old me.This story takes place between Isuue #5 of volume one and issue #1 of volume two, during Phineus’ lengthy rcovery from the heart attack he sustained from Rotwang’s death spell at the end of Volume #1. (More on that later this summer as this issue will be added to the archives!)

I have all the art done on Phin #4 and the mini Maynard and Grimm, I pencilled and inked 2 Weirdlings strips this weekend, I also have 1/2 of Phin #4 lettered. I should finish tonight/tomorrow so I can get to make copies this weekend. All goes according to plans!
This is the New cover art for the upcoming new issue of Phineus #4, due out for the Pittsburgh Comicon in April.All the art is done, now all I have to do is Draw boxes and letter the pages and I’m all set to go!!
