Hello, all.
I will be taking a forced hiatus early in 2009, due to my work schedule being really crazy, the holidays and the fact that I fried my art computer trying to install Itunes on my PC.
I hope to retrieve all my work with the help of the lovely and talented Brian Babyok, my tech guru, writer and secret crush.
I’ll keep you guys updated through LJ and post some stuff if I can.

So , not only did the remnants of Ike make me miss the Steelers game(The lights went off at kickoff time!), but my power is still off and I am told , WILL be off until late Friday night! Grrr!~
No electricity, means no refrigeration, so I have @ $1000 worth of food rotting in my freezer and Fridge!
I am at work today, hence the post. I was off yesterday and will be off until Sunday to clean up.
Al in all I was lucky, only 1 whole tree down and a bunch of branches. But, really, 6 days without power?!! Did I say Grrr?

Here’s where I stand so far, with a little over 3 months left in the year.
My goal is to finish 200 pages by the end of the year. If you remember. I fell just short last year with 199. I am trying to do 4 pages a week for the rest of the year , give or take , and hopefully get a 24 hour comis under my belt as well, by then. I guess we’ll see.
I may have to pick up a part-time job, that may slow me down. I guess time will tell.

Here are some doodles I did while at work. I don’t usually gett he chance to just doodle as I am usually working on story pages. Sometimes it’s fun to just skribble!
I really dig how this one turned out! The background is insanely detailed. The big bad is Mayan, this calendar was actuallly Aztec, I doubt anyone will notice the difference.
