Marvel Sketchcards

Been doing sketchcards booth for upcoming shows and to try and get a gig doing them for reals. They’ve been sent off to the people at Marvel to approve, so keep your fingers crossed!

Old Sara sketch

I found this digging through old stuff. A very early Sara sketch from way back in 94. I think I used this as filler art in one of the original publishings. I kind of like it.

Mel & Laurel Shower scene

Here’s an old drawing I did of my buddy Brian Bayok’s characters, Mel & Laurel, caught in a compromising situation! It’s my pencils with Tim Etchison’s inks over them! A blast from the past!

Foppish Phin!

I was digging through my old portfolio and came across this from 1999.

When I started working on my second volume of Phineus, after Phin had his heart attack in “Rotwang”, I knew I wanted to change his look. This was what I was looking at doing. Giving him a more dressed up look, and cane, as I was going to have him walk with a limp. I went more scruffy than fancy, as you know by now. Still, I kind of dig this one.
